You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit come from a payment source registered in your own name. Crikex does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is made from a payment source that does not match your registered identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending review.
If a deposit does not appear in your Crikex balance within the expected timeframe, retain your payment confirmation or transaction reference from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app, and contact support. The team will trace the transaction and credit your account once the payment is confirmed at the provider's end.
All balances, bets, winnings and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to Pakistan accounts. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account balance.

Most bonuses on Crikex carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Depositing into an account with an active bonus will not reset or stack the existing bonus.
Crikex monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Behaviour deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-wagering markets solely to clear bonus requirements, or coordinating with other players to distribute bonus funds — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings and potential permanent account closure.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The Crikex VIP Programme operates across five tiers. Points are earned through real-money wagering activity. Sports betting on Crikex covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, one-day matches and Test cricket), Football, Esports and other available markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Crikex. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical issue at the point of bet placement, Crikex reserves the right to void any bet that was not properly recorded in the system.
Odds are subject to change up until the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed. In-play odds change rapidly — the odds displayed on screen at the time you click "place bet" may differ slightly from the odds at which your bet is settled if there is a delay between click and confirmation. Crikex uses standard industry practices for in-play bet acceptance.
If a cricket match, PSL fixture or any other event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the applicable completion threshold is reached, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets that have already been settled are not affected by subsequent event cancellations.
In the event of a manifest error in pricing — for example, a T20 match priced at clearly incorrect odds due to a data feed issue — Crikex reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Every reasonable effort is made to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
Maximum single-bet and parlay winnings limits apply and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Any winnings calculated above the stated maximum for a market will be capped at that limit regardless of the original odds.
